Becoming Dad was built because there wasn’t a clear way to think about the transition to fatherhood, let alone handle it. So it’s being built in real time, by someone living it.
I’m not an expert. Not a coach. I’m just a new dad who went looking for guidance and found mostly noise. Surface-level advice. Pushy product recommendations. Reassurance that didn't match the reality. Nothing that actually helped me understand what was changing or what to do about it.
So I started making what I needed.
Because the hard part isn’t just emotional. It’s the identity shift. The strain on your relationship. The constant logistics. The mental load that shows up overnight.The things that are hard to name, but shape everything.
